FEV3R offers virtual consultations, medication delivery, and support for acute medical conditions. Please keep in mind that the following are not covered under the subscription plan:

FEV3R's certified healthcare professionals are available 24/7 to assist you with a variety of acute common symptoms through our telemedicine service. Some of the conditions our online doctors can treat include:

Streamlined Referrals: When further treatment or in-person assessment is recommended, our doctors will refer you to the nearest clinic or affiliated panel, wherever you are in Malaysia.
FEV3R services are fully accessible online, allowing you to consult with our doctors anytime, anywhere, as long as you have our app and an internet connection. We do not have physical clinics, but if an in-person visit is necessary, our doctors can refer you to a suitable clinic.
You can access our doctors 24/7, 365 days a year through the FEV3R app. Medication delivery is available daily from 8 AM to 8 PM.
No, you do not need to schedule an appointment to receive a consultation. You can simply log in to the FEV3R app and access the consultation you need right away.
FEV3R provides free national delivery for medications prescribed by our doctors. Alternatively, you can collect your medication in person (CIP).
Simply present your FEV3R prescription, available in the “My Documents” section of the app. After purchasing, upload a photo of the receipt in the FEV3R app for reimbursement, which will be processed and credited to your bank account.

If you have a known allergy to a medication (e.g., Penicillin), please inform the FEV3R doctor during your consultation. FEV3R covers a set list of medications, and while we aim to offer suitable alternatives, some may not be available within our coverage. In such cases, the FEV3R doctor can issue an e-prescription for you to obtain the required medication at a pharmacy through our Collect In Person (CIP) option.
While FEV3R does not cover long-term medication for chronic conditions, our doctors can still provide consultations and management for these conditions. We focus on treating acute conditions, and chronic conditions requiring ongoing medication, such as asthma, are only addressed during the initial acute treatment.
To claim reimbursement for CIP-prescribed medications, upload your pharmacy receipt in the FEV3R app within 2 days of purchase. Reimbursement will be processed through DuitNow within 4 working days. Please note that only medications covered under your subscription are eligible for reimbursement.
Yes, all FEV3R doctors are licensed and registered in Malaysia. We ensure they maintain valid Annual Practicing Certificates to uphold the highest standards of care for our members.
